Really like this garage. They have staff available, many exiting lanes and the price was fair. We parked here for a concert and had no issues leaving quickly.

Hard to argue with the price (cheaper overnight stay than hotel valet), area is nice and safe to walk to, 5 minute stroll to Inner Harbor and security 24 hours a day. This is my go to for Inner Harbor parking. Picture was taken on the 6th level looking down.

Clean and bright! I park in this garage for work and I feel very safe. Someone is usually going around in a golf cart checking for trash or doing maintenance, and in so doing, are keeping an eye on things. It is well-lit and clean. The staff are also very nice and they decorate for all of the holidays! They even maintain little flowers in planters throughout the garage.

Harbor Park Garage has the greatest staff of any parking facility I’ve been to in Maryland. When you park here you can immediately tell they value the customer experience, safety, and cleanliness. I continue to use this garage every time I visit Baltimore.

My experience with this garage was great. The location is convenient to the inner harbor. It’s a high traffic area and I was concerned about accessing it late at night but felt safe due to the location being in a central location. I was attending a concert at CFG Arena and used Spot Hero to book ahead. It was very convenient and easy and was one of the cheaper parking options. $16 versus $40 for event parking. It’s a bit of a walk to the arena but it’s better than sitting in event traffic closet to the venue. The entrance and exit is very easy especially when using spot hero because it uses license plate recognition. So you just enter your license plate number in the spot hero app and when you enter and exit the camera automatically reads your license plate and allows you access to the garage. Super easy and convenient. The parking garage seemed very safe and had nice fast elevators.

It was my first time parking in this garage to go have dinner and walk the area, it felt safe and was very clean. I didn't have any troubles other than initial confusion with the red lines but just went to the 5th floor and was fine. I LOVED the Halloween decorations at the entrance, it was so cute and a first I've ever seen a parking garage be so festive <3

I have used this parking garage numerous times and find it to be the most convenient and easily accessible. I always pay in advance for easy entrance and exit. The best part is the awesome security team allows us to use the restroom on the 2nd floor at their office which is a godsend after sitting in traffic.
